Privacy Policy — Forge Companion

1. Publisher

Forge Companion is an unofficial Chrome extension for Laravel Forge. It is not affiliated with Laravel or Forge.

Publisher: WeKode (wekode.be).

2. Data concerned

The extension processes the following data:

Authentication information: Laravel Forge API token entered by the user;
Forge-related data: organizations, servers, sites, monitors, and activity (deployments, alerts), retrieved via the Forge API;
Website content: limited interaction with forge.laravel.com pages (content script) to help access dashboard notifications;
local interface preferences (e.g. theme).

3. Storage and transmission

Data is stored locally in the browser (chrome.storage.local).
The API token is sent only to https://forge.laravel.com (official API), over HTTPS, to synchronize the state of your Forge resources.
WeKode operates no proprietary server that collects, stores, or analyzes your data in connection with this extension.
Interface fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts (CSS/font files only, no remote code execution).

4. Purpose

These processing activities serve exclusively the extension’s features: notification badge, activity feed, server/site navigation, and options.

5. Sharing and sale

No data sale. No advertising. No analytics or tracking tools. The only third-party recipient of API data is Laravel Forge, at your initiative via your token.

6. Retention and deletion

Data remains on your device until you clear the token, delete the extension’s data, or uninstall Forge Companion.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page indicates the version in force.
